A Presentation Box Set of 3 Tradition Avon style fishing floats

Description These floats are made from Balsa bodies mounted on cane stems painted a silver/green, the tips are balsa painted red over yellow. Next, they are dressed and lined using Vintage yellow & black Gudebrod silk Jasper thread and black and claret silk thread. Finally, they all have a minimum of 10 coats of lacquer. Their lengths are between 16 & 19 cm (5 ½ – 7¼ “) With all handmade floats the cocking weight might very a little, these are 6,8 & 9 “AAA” , a weight that makes them sit up well. My floats are signed or initialled and dated. If you order a bespoke set, then at time of ordering I can add the buyer’s name to the floats. Tip colour options – Yellow, Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Blue or Green Sub tip colour options – White, Yellow, Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Blue or Green Note that bespoke orders may be a little different in size. Please Note: for bespoke orders, delivery may take up to 20 days. (Normally 10 to14 days) I would recommend the use of a soft float rubber band, to help protect your float.
