They may have slight marks or stains from the lacquer coating but they work just as well and are very nearly perfect! Each set of seconds has 4 pencils in it. Please note as these are all seconds your set will be different from those in the photos depending on what is in stock. So you may not get the exact same quotes shown in the sets pictured.
